Our retreats are specifically designed for mental health professionals interested in learning how to incorporate mindfulness and a speciality topic (either safe trauma therapy or dialectical behaviour therapy) into clinical practice. In addition to enhancing clinical practice techniques, research identifies mindfulness as a resilience builder for health professionals and assisting health professionals overcome vicarious and workplace based trauma.

Our retreats are offered on an annual basis in both Thailand and Far North Queensland. Our retreats offer a variety of activities and new learning opportunities. During the retreat your mindfulness sessions will be guided by one of our trained practitioners covering mindfulness based breathing, mindful walking and other mindfulness based strategies for you and your clients.
